IndexerNow

Bulk indexing for people who already know what indexing is

Push URLs through Google's Indexing API and Bing IndexNow in one action, check real index status in bulk, automate it from a sitemap or your CI, and hand clients a CSV at the end of it. It all runs on your own Search Console OAuth. No shared service accounts, no black box.

5 credits/day free, forever · credit packs are one-time, never auto-renewed · no subscription

What you get

Bulk submission, both protocols

Paste up to 50 URLs, pull them straight from a sitemap, or hit the REST API. Every push goes to Google's Indexing API and Bing IndexNow together. One action, both engines.

How the Indexing API works

URL Inspection at scale

Bulk-check real index status through Google's URL Inspection API: coverage state, canonical, last crawl. Beats inspecting one URL at a time in Search Console.

Scheduled auto-push

Point IndexerNow at a sitemap, RSS feed, or webhook and it submits new URLs as they appear. No cron of your own, no service-account keys to rotate.

Automation features

REST API + keys

Issue scoped API keys and drive submissions from your own CI, a publishing pipeline, or a script. Same quota and history as the dashboard.

API details

CSV export and batch history

Every batch is kept and exportable: the artifact you attach to a client report, not a screenshot of a dashboard.

What's included

Every client, one wallet

One login covers the whole book of business, and credits are shared across every domain you manage — no per-site fee, no seats, and a single paste can mix URLs from as many clients as you like.

Why not a service account

  • Your submissions run under your own verified Search Console access, so Google attributes them to you and not to a shared project.
  • No JSON key to store, share with a contractor, or rotate when someone leaves.
  • Nothing to configure in Google Cloud. The classic setup's most common failure is a service account nobody ever added as a Search Console owner.
  • Revoking access is one click in your Google account, not a support ticket.

Questions

Do I need a Google Cloud service account?

No. IndexerNow authenticates with scoped OAuth against your own verified Search Console properties. There are no service-account JSON keys to create, share, or rotate, and no shared account that mixes your data with other customers'.

How many URLs can I submit per day?

Every account gets 5 free credits a day, forever, and 1 credit = 1 url pushed to google, bing and indexnow. Beyond that, credit packs are $2.99 for 50 credits, are one-time, never auto-renew, and stay good for a year after purchase. Google's own Indexing API quota is 200 URLs/day per project, which applies to every tool that uses it, including this one.

Does it submit to Bing as well as Google?

Yes. Every push goes through Bing IndexNow at the same time as Google's Indexing API, which also covers Yandex, Seznam and Naver since they share the IndexNow protocol.

Can I manage multiple client sites?

Yes. Every verified Search Console property on your Google account is available in the dashboard, each with its own history and exports, and credits are shared across all of them — you are never billed per site.

Is there an API?

Yes, a REST API with scoped keys, so you can submit URLs from CI or a publishing pipeline. Submissions made through the API share the same quota, batch history and CSV exports as the dashboard.

Also worth a look: whether AI search cites your clients

The same account tracks which AI crawlers reach a site, whether ChatGPT and Perplexity name it when asked, and what to fix when they don't. All it needs is a domain. Nothing to install.
