No. The free daily quota never expires: 15 index requests, 20 status checks and 20 audits per user, every day. Need more and you can buy a one-time $2.99 credit pack. The monthly plans stay optional: AI Visibility for tracked AI-citation monitoring, Power for indexing automation and the full AI toolkit, Agency for client work.

A pack is $2.99 for 50 credits, roughly $0.06 per URL. There is one wallet: the same credits cover an index submission, a status check, an audit, a site report (2 credits) or an AI citation check (5 credits, because it queries every AI engine at once). Your free daily quota always spends first, then credits pick up the rest. Buying more than one pack is a single checkout, not several: name the number of credits you need and you pay once at the same $0.06 a credit — 200 credits is $11.96. Ceilings: 150 credits a day, up to 200 credits bought per day, and credits stay in your wallet for a year after purchase.

Not on a plan — they're what AI Visibility ($19.99/month) buys, which includes 25 checks a day, Power 50 and Agency 150, resetting at midnight UTC, with the automatic weekly re-checks behind citation-drop monitoring drawing on the same allowance. Without a plan they come out of your credits at 5 credits a check: one check asks every configured AI engine (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) whether they'd cite your site for the prompts you track, no matter how many engines answer, so it is several model calls rather than one request. There is a single wallet, so the credits you buy for indexing run citation checks too, and every new account starts with enough for one check on the house. The AI score and the AI-retrieval scan of your Search Console queries stay free and unlimited.

Yes. AI Visibility, Power and Agency are all month-to-month, no contract, cancelled from Settings whenever you like. You keep paid access to the end of the billing period, then drop back to the free tier. Credit packs are one-time purchases, so there's nothing to cancel.

Our payment provider, Dodo Payments, runs checkout and accepts major credit and debit cards. If a paid batch fails on our side or Google's API is down for everyone, email support and we'll refund that batch. Submissions that complete but don't end in indexing aren't refundable. That call was Google's, not ours.

Yes. Google enforces its own per-project quota on top of IndexerNow's daily limits: roughly 200 indexing publishes per day per Cloud project, and 2,000 URL inspections per day per property. Our free Google API quota calculator works out how much headroom you have.
