Terms of Service
Last updated: May 17, 2026
By using IndexerNow (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
What we provide
IndexerNow is a developer tool that:
- Submits URLs to Google's Indexing API on your behalf
- Inspects URLs via Google's Search Console URL Inspection API
- Audits page-level indexing signals
We use your Google OAuth grant to call those APIs. We do not operate our own crawler. We have no inside line to Google's indexing decisions.
Your account
- Sign in with a Google account you own
- You're responsible for that account's security
- Delete anytime in Settings → Delete my data
What you may submit
You may only submit URLs that:
- Are under a Search Console property you own (we verify before submitting)
- Comply with Google's content policies
- Are lawful and publicly accessible
You may not use IndexerNow to:
- Submit spam, malware, phishing, or illegal content
- Submit URLs you don't own or aren't authorized to manage
- Circumvent Google's API quotas or terms
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Persistent abuse may be reported to Google.
Payment
- Paid batches are $9.99 USD per batch, one-time, processed by Dodo Payments.
- A "batch" is one paid order — up to the URL limit shown at checkout (currently 50).
- No subscription, no recurring charge. You decide when to buy another batch.
Refunds
- Full refund if a paid batch fails to submit due to our infrastructure (server outage, payment confirmed but processing never ran). Email [email protected] within 30 days.
- Full refund if you paid and immediately abandoned (within 24 hours, no URLs submitted to Google).
- No refund if your URLs were successfully submitted but Google didn't index them. Google decides indexing — we deliver the API call.
No guarantees about indexing
Google's Indexing API is documented for JobPosting and BroadcastEvent content. For other content types, Google treats it as a hint, not a guarantee. Whether a URL gets indexed depends on Google's quality assessment — content uniqueness, depth, canonical signals, etc. We make no representation that pages submitted will be indexed.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but make no SLA. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or lost-profit damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IndexerNow's operating entity is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Contact us if you need details for your records.
Changes
If we materially change these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify signed-in users via in-app banner. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
