Why are the Google index numbers locked?
We never estimate indexation. The precise 'X of Y pages indexed' and 'last Googlebot crawl' come from Google's URL Inspection API, which needs you to connect your verified Search Console property. Until then those rows stay locked rather than showing a guess.
Is the scan free?
